James Albrecht, Owner, has been in the construction industry working as a  General Contractor since he completed his service within the United States Marine Corps in 1990.  Whether it's getting your next Medical Office Building, Commercial Facility or custom home designed and built, we are here to deliver an efficient construction experience.

James has over 26 years' experience managing development and field operations with budgets ranging from $100,000 - 35 million annually per project. He has in-depth experience with medical office buildings, multistory commercial buildings, multifamily and residential developments. He has guided contracts and budgets for adherence to timelines, design requirements need for value engineering, cost control, buying strategies for supplies and materials.  He has maintained the safest job sites with no accidents or injuries reported from 1992 – 2018. He is a United States Marine Corps Veteran.
